We ship our jewellery only within Australia, express post, for a flat rate of $7.00

All items are thoughtfully packaged and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order

All orders over $150.00 receive free shipping!

Founded by a mother-daughter team and born out of a shared love of jewellery, our aim is to bring a bit of bling, a bit of colour and sparkle and whole lot of joy to the world of our customers.

We are passionate about curating a collection of unique and beautiful jewellery, so you can be uniquely you.  We search worldwide to bring our favourite treasures to your doorstep.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If your purchase is damaged or faulty, or not fit for purpose, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (subject to the terms below).

Process

• Contact us on info@blingbox.com.au to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
• Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached. You should include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

• We ask that you arrange tracking of the parcel for the return of the goods and to provide us with the tracking number.

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. If we agree to refund you then we will refund you in the same way that you originally paid for your order.
